Products Launch in the USA: Compliance check
As part of launching a new brand in the USA, a European brand owner requested a risk assessment and regulatory check for six of their Food Supplements intended for the US market.
The review performed comprised:
- Evaluating 6 formulas and analyzing 67 ingredients
- Compiling data for each product, which included creating a file listing the ingredients, supplier contact information, and risk assessment for each ingredient
- Reaching out directly to 17 suppliers to request the mandatory information for compliance check
- Reviewing all documentation received from the suppliers
- Developing US-compliant labels for each of the products
In addition to the compliance check, we also provided support for customs clearance.
Thanks to our collaboration, our client successfully launched their products on the desired date.
