How we've successfully redesigned the launch-to-market process for the MEA and APAC region

One of our clients contacted us for assistance with developing an effective strategy for launching new products in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. Previously, the client hired the services of another established consultancy company, which delivered a technical report on the regulatory framework applying for their products.
With that input, the client remained stuck for 6 months without guidance, without an understanding or a clear road map allowing them to proceed with their product export plans.
