How we effectively manage daily requests from authorities and distributors around the globe in support of wide portfolio to products
A multinational resourceful company became our customer as it was struggling to manage a high volume of daily requests from over 30 distributors and local health authorities (MoH) across 30+ countries. As a result, they were experiencing delays in the registration process and some of their Registration requests were recurrently being rejected by the local MoH.
They sought our support and we worked directly with their internal teams, executing on:
- Developing Registration documentation
- Quality: Identification of country specific Testing Requirements and Specifications
- Labelling development
Our services enabled the client to reduce delays in the registration process, diminish waste by preventing products from being held at customs. In turn, this helped them successfully meet products’ launch plans and align with brand’s business goals. The ease of pain with registration enabled the internal teams to focus more on the development and improvement of products.
We have been supporting this customer in this capacity for over 3 years and continue to do so, with our team fully integrated into their operations.
